About the Program
The Strengths-Based Leadership for Middle-Level Managers program focuses on helping managers identify and understand their natural strengths, and use them more intentionally in how they lead, communicate, and make decisions. Instead of relying on generic management practices or overcompensating for gaps, they learn how they naturally think, influence, and create impact, and how to apply those strengths consistently in real team and business situations, leading to stronger alignment, better team outcomes, and more effective day-to-day leadership.
