Abhishek has over 15,000 hours of experience in personal development coaching and management consultancy. After spending 12 years in corporate organisations in full-time roles, which include leading the organisation development department in large-scale organisations, setting up a leadership development academy, and setting up the School of Sales and Service Excellence, he completed the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification in 2016 – a certification that is awarded by Gallup, USA, ensuring the high standards for effectiveness. He has studied strategic human resources management and completed one year Executive Program in Human Resources Management from IIM Calcutta.

He has been actively on the forefront of the ‘Strengths Movement’ in India, the UAE and other South Asian countries. He and his colleagues have designed highly impactful and comprehensive programs that have, over the years, contributed to many aspects of his client’s organisation and individual effectiveness:
