Mishti Verma

Mishti has close to two decades of experience in learning and development, facilitation & coaching. She is also a Gallup Global Strengths Coach and has been a radio broadcaster and co-host on a South African Radio show on applied coaching with eminent ICF coaches and HR leaders across the globe. She has partnered with over 50 multinational organisations and trained and impacted over 15000 lives.

She has worked with reputed corporate brands such as Genpact, Nomura, Daimler, Schindler, Schneider Electric, BASF, Trent-Tata, Hinduja, Aditya Birla Group, Sony-SET India Pvt Ltd, Colgate, Mahindra & Mahindra, Thermax, among others and developed unique experiential learning methods using applied psychology, sociometry, theatre, psychodrama, strengths coaching, and appreciative inquiry.

She has worked extensively in areas of behavioural training, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. She also launched the first-of-its-kind theatre gender sensitisation forum with Tom Alter and NHRD and co-created a webcast-Inclusion Circles, showcasing best DE & I practices.
